What do u suggest?
why type of incentive would you suggest that I use to bring customers to my site, Such as word of mouth.

if somebody brings a person to my site and he buys,he get $5 off his next purchase or, if he brings 5 people to my site and they all buy, you get a free pair something like that type of manner. what do you guys suggest?

Affiliate Marketing (AM) is basically a Pay for Performance method. Somebody (an affiliate of yours) presents your products, advertisements or just the name/logo of your website on his own website to drive traffic (potential customers) to your store.

There are some submethods of Pay for Performance. Such as Pay per Click, Pay per Visit, Pay per Sale, etc. Most of the merchants prefer Pay per Sale as the main method. If a customer comes to your store from one of your affiliates' website and buys something, you pay some commision to that affiliate in return for his service.

There are 3rd party affiliate networks which helps you to find affiliates and keep track of the transactions. And there are some dedicated-to-AM forums. Take a look at those places.

Get some ideas from the ABestWeb forums first. An affiliate program managed with less information tends to fail.
After that, create your merchant account/s on those affiliate networks (like CJ, ShareASale, LinkShare, BeFree, etc.)

Affiliation is a good idea.

Mailing list are also a "must have" in order to have your "best" visitors coming more often.
