A Tip in Offline Marketing
This past weekend I hosted a roadside party that generated a lot a buzz and pocketed an extra $800 in cash to boot. Here`s how I did it. I went to a strip mall and told them how I can help them generate more sales and cut there advertising cost by 70%.
In this particular strip mall, there are about 20 businesses. My goal was to get at least 10 of the businesses to participate and create a budget of about $2,500.00 (including my pay for set up) which would be divided among each owner. Heck, each owner was already paying $400 a month on advertising, so it was a no brainer when I proposed my plan to them.
This is what I was able to do with the $1,700.00 Budget.
1. Free pony rides for the kids
2. Free Pizzas for 500 people
3. Free sodas
4. Free blood pressure checks
5. Free cotton candy
6. Free popcorn
7. Free lotto tickets
8. Free Jazz band
9. 500 free shower heads
10. Free nurse for a day.
The turnout was about 300 and and it can be easily set up to run every month. This is easy to promote using yourself and one helper. Now multiply this action by 10 and you can make an easy Eight Grand a month.

The Roadside party was so successful that business owners from other strip malls made flyers and came to participate! Also, each business owner has seen an increase in sales. Jeanne`s Nursing Service sold a room which will net her several thousand dollars a month!
