Guys beware of Indian software cos. Here is one more example from my personal nightmare experience.
i found Ankur Desai from Nealinfotech from getafreelancer.com for my pet's website and also thought to hire him for my other family business work. But I lost confidence in first attempt.
Ankur asked me for initial down payment of 30% of total 1500$ with tax extra. (He already fooled me for tax saying 18% service tax, which I later found to be almost negligible) My work mainly included photo gallery, videos, guestbook, fun game etc.,
I was introduced with one more guy from Nealinfotech - Nishant Rajput who was designing my pages. I knew first time how creative indian web designers are and wasted almost 2 weeks in 1 page web design. Even after that his page was not working in my browser in my MacBook laptop.
After losing first 2 weeks, I was informed to keep patience and wait for some more time for better work. i have no other option then to wait. At last they came up with very very poor quality of work. I already showed them thousands of errors, hardly few of pages were showing and rest of those just residing with the mercy of Nealinfotech
I asked Ankur for full refund but they threaten to pay remaining amount. My efforts to close project and give negative feedback in GAF went in vain as these SMART guys changed id.
FRIENDS - BEWARE OF SUCH BOGUS INTERNET IDENTITY. IT'S BETTER TO PAY FEW BUCKS MORE THAN TO INVITE NIGHTMARE.
