Being an ebay affiliate

Is anyone here an ebay affiliate. If so, how is it for you? I was thinking of becoming one because of the many products that they have.

But i have two big questions:

If an existing member clicks through your site and places a bid, do you get the 10 - 15 cents that they say, or is it just for members that your referred

and

When you refer a member, do you get 10 - 15 cent for each bid forever? Or for a specific amount of time
