Some content ideas

hello guys,

im going to market some real estate company (www.aylesford.com). i suggested the client to add some valuable content to the site to keep visitors coming back.

their main market is UK so they plan to offer spanish properties to potential customers living in the uk wanting to move down here to spain.

my question is, if you were a potential customer willing to move to spain, what kind of additional content you would like to find on a site apart from propery search and property info??

im thinking about the weather forecast in spain, some currency convertor, some legal info about how to buy a house in spain, some useful addresses... can you suggest me a few more things?? what do you think?

Some info on employment out there and finding work would be good. Also Spanish Laws like driving laws etc useful spanish phrases?

The more info you put on for human users, the more valuable it can be for human users.

However, that is not necessarily going to help hit specific search engine search terms, which is still an issue - large numbers of links required.

UK to Spain is a big transition, so if you can introduce 'a touch of home' somehow that would help.

Exchanging links with local businesses is always a good idea, they are all marketing the same demographics but in a noncompetitive way.
