What IS Conversion?

Conversion is a complex, multi-faceted process involving persuasive principles that encompass everything from graphics, layout design, marketing, sales (marketing and sales not being the same), copy and customer personality type & his or hers buying motivation.

Our goal here is to get your prospective customer to perform a particular action on your website without clicking out or leaving.

Prospective Customers are looking for something of value for them on your site. And you want to tell them of the benefits, not value, of what you have to offer them in a meaningful persuasive manner. This persuasive architecture is a mesh of art and science whereby each graphic on a web page, each word, is designed for one thing…get your web visitor to perform your desired action, (get the click).

Knowing what to say or writing killer copy and knowing where the sweet spot (hyperlink position) is in your copy & graphics will take some time to explain; hence, customer conversion rates consist of a dozen or so other persuasive inter-relative building structures, but in the mean time, there are a few things we can do to help increase your conversion rate and keep your website from leaking prospective customers through your persuasive sieve.

How does your website convert visitors into customers? What’s your methodology? Have you even thought about it?

I'd like to get a few opinions before I continue.

Thanks,

The post are not the same .......please read

I thought I'd be welcome to post here. The earlier admin said it would be cool to post free conversion material........

Conversion is a huge problem for most website owners, and a more detailed definition is in order so that we can divide and conquer.

It would have been great if you said hello and welcome rather than said hello with a complaint.

Please, let's get back to the subject topic and lend a hand in the discussion if that would be ok?

I didn't say you couldn't post. But when you post pretty much the exact same thing twice - what good does it do anyone?
