I have remained calm. I was just seekig further clarification as to what you ment by...

I mean if you have an e-commerce site can't you simply just ship yourself instead of utilizing the UPS or Fed Ex shipping avenue that is provided

I think it was just baisicly a big confusion as to how thigns get from one point to another and how the charges are incurred.

it's cool fish, me and bubo have solved all shipping problems with installing a custom made Star Trek beamer...although this will increase energy costs..it'll be really cool to beam your shipments now

depends on how your B2C is implemented as generally its low volume high prices although can differ, but shipping is governed by weight and size so depends what u sell, although most goods that r sold on the net are small so free shipping might work, but then u might have to charge more
