Yawn, your site is a health and beauty page. After 3 - 5 seconds of looking I did not see any "free ebook".
If your going to post pictures of women, let them be pretty women instead of those crack whore looking boney models that have been air brushed and photoshopped. Dont you know those images give young girls a complex about their weight? But what ever it takes to make a few pennies.

I know that anyone making a living from spamming forums would at least take the time to make sure they're spamming in a language they know? To save face, at least?

I think the only thing that matches a spammers lack of integrity is their overall lack of intelligence.
I'm willing to bet that if someone could actually find an average spammers brain and perform an autopsy on it, it would prolly look like this:
