How to increase my website traffic ?

Hello Guys,

I have an entertainment website
here is some entertainment stuff like mobile stuff, online games, Softwares, SMS Messages, Wallpapers, showbiz etc...

I have updating this website regularly but I don't know how can I get more traffic and earning in my website

please advice me what can I do and also tell me about this website ?

I can see you have lots of backlinks maybe you should try to better optimize your page and you could write some articles to get some more relevant back links

I have done lot of hard working in this website for last 3 years but I have not get positive response and visitors in this website
I think I have applied almost google optimization rules and done lots of submission, but google searching result is not good and get only 100 to 200 visitors per day through search engine
please advice me that what can I do and how can I increase my website traffic ?

your competitors are also very strong so to rank higher than them will be difficult the keywords you appear to be targeting you do not appear on google for you should choose less searched keywords. What are your choosen keywords?

Secondly you could create a tutorial review or article of your site and submit it to allhowtoos[DOT]com or any other site target it for a keyword that gets only a few searches a day so it can compete this will help your traffic.

How old is your site?

If its new, then keep updating your site. Try to add great stuff in your site.

Try to get some solid backlinks and you will have to wait for some time to see good results.

Hmmm... you can try to ad free cellphone themes, wallpapers, sms tones, etc. and optimize each category of your site to catch more visitors

My website is more than 4 years old and I have submitted my website link is more than 2000 directories and I update my website regularly but not found good result

What exactly are you asking? Alexa ranking of 46,000 is not too shabby. You don`t get that kind of ranking with 200 visitors, there has to be more traffic going to the site.

I would agree to write articles but I do not think that will help in your case. You do have a lot of competition in the mobile field. I suggest you team up with some networking sites like linkedin and become the mobile phone expert.

I would offer some other advice that would boost your traffic but something does not seem right with the site. I would be happy to have an Alexa ranking of 46,000. I get about 1,000 to 3,000 visitors per day and am lucky to rank 600,000.

1 - You can post many sites with you site name in your signature and some blog commenting
2 - Social Bookmarking is going great now a days ,you can try it

3 - try to contact some High rank Entertainment site and make advertise their
4 - give some free things and make a ViP section after it

I don't understand alexa rank strategy because my website visitors is total 400 per day and my alexa rank is under 50,000
I think you are right, my website competitors is too much

Don`t try and reinvent traffic, use the traffic that is already out there.

1. List your products on Google Base. You can list up to one million products for free.

2. Open a free account at blogtalkradio.com, create a blog and write an article on the new technology of mobile phone services using keywords in your title and every 100 words. It is important that you end the article using your title keywords. Google loves blogtalkradio!

Hint Telefonica wins exclusive European Palm Pre deals. Go to most talked about tech sector and piggyback off of their traffic. The big guys are running major ppc campaigns and unless you have deep pockets that won`t work.

Note: If done properly, this will give you a boost of traffic.
