Which Email Database Provider to go for?

I am in discussion with the following provider:

I would like to know if anyone would like to share their experiences with them in regards to getting contact details esp. email addresses.

While the website looks quite professional and they are established since 2001, does sounds a legit company...if I were you, I'd pick up the phone and "feel the vibes" and also ask for a list of atleast 5 of their existing customers and call them and hear it from the "horse's mouth"
