Well for a start your on-page SEO is poor.
This is your title tag:
"nicesole offer FREE SHIPPING,Cheap Authentic Sneaker, handbag and T-shirt."
Your title tag should mention your keyword first, and every non-keyword you use in tht title tag dilutes the effectiveness.
Also you will never rank in Google for such general terms as "t-shirt". What sort of t-shirts are they? be more specific, for example "Michael jackson t-shirts".

Your have inserted too many keywords in your title. Design point of view site is good. Now you should concentrate on quality backlinks.

Too many keywords. The site doesn't look bad but the keywords give an impression of spam. Do some on-site SEO and once it is done then turn your head towards off-site SEO.

All the keywords at the bottom of your website need to removed. Makes website look spammy to search engines and well any visitor that stops by. I'd leave your website right away cause of this.
As long as your meta description is good and your meta keywords are good, you do not need more then 50 keywords visable on your websites footer. Also like mentioned before please modify your websites title tags. Your title does not have to be really long.
To build up some quality backlinks write articles about your websites niche. Try to make your website a little more different from your competitors. Remember you are trying to steal there business so experiment with your website content or even layout. Have nice description's for each product. I'm a little tired right now but i hope a few suggestions you have been given so far get worked on. Be patient for the traffic to come in, just work on Optimizing your websites small details.

Seo is not just a word, it contains a lot of work, so finding someone to do it is a better option, but how to find the right and reliable one is another thing.

After removing all garbage text at the bottom of your page, you can use PPC to market your site if you have budget. Also you can participate in some deals discussion forums and post some good deals from you online stores. But remember, don't spam and you need atively participate in other discussions. Good luck.

I think it's safe to say thread creator just wanted to advertise and not want to do some work on his site to make it better. Might as well lock this useless thread. I see no sign in him replying to our comment.s

Target your main keywords first and place in the title tag and then promote it by doing the off-page optimization.

I would agree that there are messed up keywords below.. If you can fix that, you site would look better :-) Aside from that, I believe your site is fine..
