What items would you bring to a tradeshow?

Lets say your going to one of the biggest tradeshows in your targeted niche. This is a huge show with thousands of dealers and tens of thousands of people are going to be there. This event only happens 3 - 4 times a year.

You want to bring along some promotional items to hand out to the dealers and make some connections.

Lets put a limit of around $500 dollars for the project, what items would you target?

One thing that comes to mind is a Carabiner. You could spend about $100 on 100 of them at .95 cents each. People use them on their keyring, backpacks,,,, and other stuff.

For the people you want to impress a little bit more, how about a small pocket knife with your logo on it.

Water bottles are another cheap option.

Maybe some tee shirts?

The three items I think I would target would be tee shirts, sports water bottles and a carabiner.
