Anyone try Ads by Pulse 360?

I've been seeing a lot of these "Ads by Pulse 360" advertisements popping up, even on major sites like NBC sports.

The only products I have seen advertised are Teeth Whitener and "miracle" Supplements that promise to "get you ripped" in 4 weeks. If you click on the ads, the landing page looks like a downright scam -- complete with fake testimonials in the comments and a pop-up box asking you if you are SURE that you want to navigate away from the page without buying.

Has anyone used this on your site? Would you, knowing that the advertisements being displayed are quite likely to be disreputable? Do you think it hurts the credibility of your brand when your page directs people to things like this?

I'm guessing these ads pay pretty well because they seem to really be popping up, but wow it just screams "SCAM" at me when I look at it as a customer.

Have seen them but havent clicked on them (I spend all day looking at sites while working on a directory, I've grown real careful about what I click). From what you're saying I'd have drawn the same conclusion though.
