Lets say i get to be #1 for a term like "Mortgage Loans" (I know... fat chance)......but this is hypothetical.

Then i want to approach 100 mortgage brokers with a proposition..... I will put your contact information on my site, just give me.......

1) A flat fee of $10,000 per month

2) or $2 for every unique visitor and give them my log as proof when i send my monthly invoice... (any software out their to provide 3rd party verification of the unique traffic?

3) or give me 20% of your net profit that you make from the site... (not sure how to verify that they made a sale off of a lead my site produced?)


Any suggestions the best way to go, or how to structure something like this? or how to approach companies who might want to be #1 in google .... and willing to pay for it...

WOW....ambition can sometimes be a cruel delusion...but then again, its this kind of ambition that creates success.

Personally - and its just a personal opinion...Id go for a % rather than a flat fee, it may sound more reasonable to your potential clients.

It's a gamble - Some may just open their eyes up and pay $100K to get the top spot rather than paying you - OFc, if you get the cash first - you're in business!

If you get #1 position if the "natural search listings" not the "Pay-per-click" section. If people are paying $10.00 per click in the PPC section... with 100,000 impressions, then my #1 spot in the "natural listings" should be worth.... a lot.! If it can be done for the terms i will be targeting.....
