Places to Submit Articles

I have a couple of questions.

I made some articles related to my health business. And now I'm ready to submit it to article directories. I found out that there are hundreds or maybe thousands of websites that accept articles for publication. I know that you should submit articles to as many website as you can but is it really necessary?

Right now, I'm submitting my articles on the big three ArticleCity.com, GoArticles.com, and Ideamarketers.com. There are many others but do I need to submit on them? I believe that many article directories are small and have
very little traffic. Not only that, If I have to submit on hundreds of article directories, it might take couple of weeks to finish just one article.

Can you give me a list of "TOP" high-traffic article directories that could be an importance/valuable?

Also, Google doesn't want duplicated content. If I submit an article, it will spread widely with the same copy of the articel? Isn't that a duplicated content?

Yes, but in my experience Google doesn't penalize your site, only the site hosting the article has a problem if they don't add enough other content to the page. Usually something link a menu, a footer and a unique page layout is enough to prevent any serious problems.

Places to submit articles

You're on target with marketing and submitting articles, but the key is in reaching your targeted audience. In order to reach my target audience, I've been successful in using http://www.articlesubmissionsites.com. It has a 400+ submission sites listing that's updated regularly, but best of all, the sites are categorized. This makes it easy to know which publications are accepting articles on my topic.

Since it's a membership site, I learn about about new sites before other people. It's produced valuable results in increasing my exposure within my marketplace. I've also benefited well from the writer's tools that are available there.

I've found practical expertise that I've been able to put to work in making the most out of my marketing budget. It's perfect for anyone who needs help in being successful with this affordable marketing technique.

There are hundreds of article submission sites out there. Many are not worth a hill of beans. I have found two to be very good:

1. ezinearticles.com
2. goarticles.com

I did a test where I submitted different articles all over and tried to track progress. Most of the places I submitted to were worthless. These two did a good job and there was a couple others that did ok as well.

I have not tried article submit services because my goal was to get link backs for the SEs and most of those places submit to ezine owners who then email your article to users, thus no SE value.

I could not see paying $20-$40 per article for this. I might try one soon to make sure my initial thoughts are indeed correct.
