Newsletter and IP's

Hi all,

I am located in Lima, Peru, and I just realized that my ISP IP is a blocked spammer IP, so I am guessing most of my emails are not being received by my customers.

The thing is I have been using a newsleter management script installed in my hosting provider that is located in the US.

So, my question is, do the emails I send out go thru my Peru IP or thru the IP of my host provider in the US?

I read that I should get my own IP to send emails without using shared IP, any ideas of whow offers such services in low prices?

Also, should I use a service like Topica.com or constantconta.com or continue using my inhouse script which I find more powerful than those online newsletter providers.
