Direct send emails without going through ISP STMP by using outlook?

Can I use outlook to send mails directly without going ISP and STMP when sending a large amount of emails ?

Emails are sent via SMTP.. so not sure how you can skip that step.

This is a solution to your problem,

DOwnload and Install: http://www.softstack.com/freesmtp.html

Then what I did is open apache http://www.apache.org for windows so your computer becomes a webserver. then you can setup your smtp server within outlook as your IP or localhost,

I've never used outlook with this setup but it should work. I use my machine like this it when testing php sendmail etc..
