Have you ever tried guest blog posting, blog commenting, or social media as well? Just asking, since you said about replying. If so, are you still sure it's article posting, or might some of the other provide more than articles and forum?

PPC is pay per click. It is like paid ads for your website

Blog commenting doesn't work for me.

What kind of blogs you're commenting on?
No owner will approve your comments if you're stuffing links.

The fastest way get traffics are through ads, twitter, facebook, and youtube.

No, but there's PLENTY of owners that will let you have ONE link if you provide VALUABLE contribution to a comment. Of course, it's better to target the ones that are NOT no follow, but they do exist. I do it all the time. If I'm going to read something and research, if I have something valuable to offer, why not do it and get a link?

I have posted comments, that at minimum, got me the owner dropping by my site and commenting on something I've written as well. I can tell you, that from recent comments on EzineArticles blog, I've ALSO got traffic from it as well.

Anyone can post a list like that on forums but explain why these methods will get us traffic. Backup your response a little bit more with some details.

If I had a nickel for every single time I have seen that same response copy pasted, I'd be rich.

Hell, I've seen that "list" copy pasted about 30 times so far today this morning alone.

SEO is my favorite way to generate traffic but it's definitely not the fastest. FaceBook is pretty damn good for quick traffic though

fastest is twitter only...i drive 60-70 visitors whenever i tweet.. cant get that many via facebook , digg or others...
