I suppose WebmasterWorld is 'mainstream,' but most webmasters just filter though into many of the other forums where conversations can be with people they know and like. And as webmaster forums go this place is pretty active.

Marketing-wise, there aren't a whole bunch of active forums. Many, many active SEO forums, but marketing is another story.
