I do have a list of email leads that i want to exploit.

I would like a few tips on how to start an email campaign.

Mistakes to avoid, must dos and must donts.

Best softwares or providers to use for such a campaign.

start with Aweber software. Its incredibly easy but it does have a small monthly fee. This however is nothing compared to how much money you can make with email.

Make sure your leads opt-in to your email list so you don't get reported for spamming. Aweber is a good email software to use. Check out there website to learn about all the features.

Aweber is the definite way to go and as Snakeair indicated, you should have only "opt-ins" ... avoid using lists you've acquired from other sources otherwise you will find yourself labeled as a spammer and banned from the service.

Hey all,

I did go with Aweber, they have affordable prices and they're reliable, I'm glad to find people here that are willing to help, it gives you a push and helps you make good decisions.

My list is my own that i captured through my blogs and they're all double opt-in so i don't have to worry about getting my account canned by Aweber.

Mail chimp is also good, dont spam, give value and use subtle marketing. Promote products that help your subscribers solve a problem or gain something (like make work easier)
