Advertising a local poker site

Hey,
I am moving into poker lately and I have 4 sites in development for poker.

There is nothing really for Ireland but poker is really booming here.

I would like to setup a site for Irish poker players but I think it could take a lot of money for marketing.

Has anyone setup a local site?
What steps did you take for marketing and increasing popularity?

Hi, I only do local sites. I dont see the point of getting #1 for a global audience in the serps and then tell them I can deliver anyway.

All you have to do is use your countries domain name (.co.uk for me) just do your bog standard on an off site SEO work and the regional variations of google, msn, yahoo, etc will start working for you .
