Help please Violation of the adsense policy i think?

Hi i have just been told by some one that my website is in Violation of the adsense policy, but i have looked and cant see why.

please could some one see if my site is mkpitstop.co.uk

I've been reading up on this and I'm no expert whatsoever, but from what I've read via google and threads regarding this that its a violoation of adsense TOS to have ads on pages with no content (usually contact pages, and sign-up pages.)

The only thing on your site that might remotely pertain to this would be your polls page. Other than that there's nothing on there that I noticed (but like I said, I'm no expert at this.)

I really think its a dumb rule because:

1) Your site should be judged as a whole and not page by page.
2) It's a headache when you want to simply put adsense code in your header so it can easily be shown sitewide.
