Exist on the Internet

Do you know how to advertise on the Internet and btw not to spend a lot of money on this?
What kind of ads is effective? What kind of ads attracts your attention?
I started to run my own business in automotive branch few months ago and I want to advertise it (no website).

Making a lot of backlinks, writing some articles and depositing them in articles repositories, buying some google adwords ?

The most effective should be backinks I'll say

Backlinks wont work if they don't have a website...

Curious as to what "automotive branch" means.
- if it's a car lot, try Autotrader.com... I had a TON of success with their spotlight ads.

For me it's the most effective online advertising because it reaches a wide audience. It's good to have your own website.
I usually suggest other people opinions when selecting a service or product. I'm looking for reviews of satisfied customers on different forums.

Use social networking sites, high trafficked classified sites for advertising your special offers.

Do you have a website? I suggest you make one first. If you have the time to study some basic SEO techniques, then do so. You can do it for your site. If you don't have the time to do it yourself, you can ask for the help of others, but since you wanted it to be low-cost, just look for some free resources around the web.

J, I think he meant automotive niche, or something. I do hope I guessed it right.

No website? (you mean?)
Advertise?
How about promotion?

How about joining on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube? If you are sure your targeted audience are familiar with the internet, especially social media, you can promote your business by open one account for each social sites and setup your interesting profile.

It's just like it's just like socialize in general, conversing with others (your targeted people), get more friends, connections, show a good attitude and your professionalism to all people you meets. (If you are interested in, you need to go into more advanced techniques)

Along with it, you can introduce your business and promote your business. No need to "force" do as it should be (socially)

A good idea is a company specializing in e-marketing service for small and medium enterprises and doing promotion and advertising. There are many such companies on the internet.

If you don't have a website I highly suggest that you make one(it doesn't take long if you research abit on the topic). if not then you can try some social media promoting and advertising. get into facebook pages, make a twitter account and so on. Social media can be very powerful if you do it correctly.

If you do not already have a website or blog, you should create a website or blog. But if you do not want to, you simply sell your advertising through social media either facebook, twitter, etc.

If you don't have a website then you can post your ads on classified websites where you don't need a website to advertise. A physical address and contact phone numbers of your business is enough to post a classified.

And if you want to advertise your website online for free, then try linkreferral advertising network (referral type of ad network).

Well, I don't think you really need a site. Even a single business page somewhere on Facebook/G+/LinkedIn/Hellknowswhereelse would definitely be useful.
The thing is that your have to find a proper social network to stay, for not all of them are available for certain aims to might want to fulfill.
