How to Effectively Advertise

Hello, I was just wondering how I should go about adversting.. my site would be vary keyword targeted, about as much so as you can get.. and anything I would sell would be the same.. but Im wondering if this is a good amount based on extremely well targeted visitors.

$100 for a week - Totse.com: 250 a day

$20 for a day - Goggle AdWords: 200 a day

$15 for a day Yahoo: 200 a day

$5 a day maybe - Other: 50

Total: $55 a day - 700 Unique a day

Is this a good amount or should I get more than this for my money..?

Depends on what field and how many competitors..

Information wise will be what my site is about, Im asking if thats a good amout of unique visits overall for the amout of money Im spending. The web site will be about conspiracies, the Illuminati, etc.

Im not sure how much anyone would know about that, but thats what it will be about.

at $.078 per click it's less than the $.10 minimum at overture.com so I'd say... yes. as long as they are keyword specific targeted customers. doesn't matter how many you get if they're not looking for what you got

Thanks, but I have heard of people geting 500+ uniques a day that have small sites.. so $55 a day is not to much to spend on 500-700 uniques a day?

Remember these people are vary targeted viewers

If thats the case people that get 13,000 uniques a day, i.e totse.com are spening $1000 plus a day on advertsing?

it depends how much you're making per sale. you are selling something on your website aren't you? calculate your conversion rate and you'll know what is the maximum dollar amount that you can spend per visitor.

I did and I would end up making money, but I still wish to know if 500-700 a day is bad, decent, or really good for the amount of money I am spending. I hear that 500 unique a day is a small site.

What Im asking about is a nitch website with highly targeted vistors, and if that is a good amout of unique vistors a day for the amout of money Im spending, whether or not Im selling anything.

I just wish to know if there is a better way to get more people for that type of site then what I have suggested..

If you know of any, that would be helpful.

I guess the best way to find out would be to try it. If you generate at least that much or more a day in revenue from the site, then it's worth it
