i think it can do on your own with the lowest cost.
install a phplist software which is a mass mailing software.
enter the email addresses with the txt format.
then, start the mass mailing on your own with unlimited times

Highly targeted, opt-in email marketing is still very effective. Email marketing is often overlooked nowadays. I don't recommend spamming, of course.

Are you looking for services or do you want to look into good examples to follow? Anyway, I think you shouldn't rely on paid services.

I think there are two separate services you'l be looking into:

1) Copy writing (the company/freelancer that actually writes the emails)

2) Potential customer list (the company that has the list of customers the emails will go to).

Building your own list is the most profitable option in the long term. In the meanwhile another great option is to contact bloggers/magazines with a relevant list and have them offer your product to their audience for a % of the profits. This way they will probably take care of the copy as well.

I think bbmail email marketing software is a good choice. It works wonderful for me. And you can have a try with their frre trial version, then make your decision.

Personally, I am cautious when it comes to purchasing email lead lists online because most of these lead companies only rehash their list and have repeatedly sell them to other companies.

A good alternative is to generate your own email list by having a lead capture form on your website, or a newsletter, where people can subscribe via email.

If you really want to purchase lead lists, make sure you acquire a fresh targeted list with specific demographics (dentists, marketers, fashion bloggers, etc) and then use an SMTP bulk mailer that is compliant with CAN-Spam policies. My personal preference of email marketing software is Imailunlimited (one of the best), but there are other reliable software out there.
