Adwords if banned from adsense

So I don't want to spend 30 dollars on nothing. I'm banned from adsense, but can I still qualify for an adwords account? I don't want to spend 30$ and then get an email that I was banned again.

I believe they are two different programs and as such being booted from one will not affect the other.

Alright, thanks. Plus, THEY get money in this program, not me, so I don't see why I should be banned from both. Do you think 30$ is enough? Like I've said before in these forums, I don't have a job (although I will get one this summer).

The only way I know of to be banned from Adwords is to do a chargeback against Google. A friend did that and he has regretted it ever since.

Chargeback - reversing the credit card charge for Adwords. He thought there were some fraudulent clicks and Google didn't respond to his concerns, so he denied the charge to his credit card.
