find the keywords suitable for ur site.. this depends on the content... have a look at the keywords google provided in their adword page

And write kille ads. The kind of ads that trigger attention, inspire people to click and might convert. You should take care of the landing pages too. If you ad is good but the landing page has nothing of real value to offer, you are out of luck and you'll waste a lot of money with AdWords.
