Well Edy,
Do you have an ad that says "follow me, I'm different". You're operating in a saturated field and you're hoping that webmasters - a breed of people famous for not clicking on ads - are going to click on
your ad. Do you give them any compelling reason to do so?
So your first task is to find an ad - or an idea - that generates interest and makes people want to visit your site.
Your next task, having got them to visit your site, is to convert your traffic into sales. And again, you're dealing with webmasters - people who already know about buying websites - they've probably already bought several from someone else.
Does your site offer them a compelling reason to start buying from
you?
I followed your sig. link to
http://www.hostseason.com. It's a godaddy affiliate scheme. Now I personally (I'm a horrible webmaster - your target group) wouldn't buy from a domain affiliate. I'm an existing godaddy customer. I wait for them to send me coupon codes before I buy - they're always sending me coupons so I can always buy cheaper direct from godaddy that from their affiliates. I suspect I'm typical of webmasters.
So, perhaps your target market should be
less-experienced webmasters - you probably have a better chance of converting them to sales, provided you have a website that's friendly to inexperienced webmasters. Do you think your site is friendly to inexperienced webmasters?
So that's one possible marketing plan. Build a site to help new webmasters and target them with compelling ads.
I'm sure some of the smarter people on the forum will have better suggestions than these, but it's one possible route you could investigate.
