Impact of Google Job Search in the US

I work in the UK and I am interested about the ability for Google to Search a database/feeds of job provided by companies using Google Base. Has the Job Search revolutionised Job Search in the US? Do you use it? If not why not and what job sites do you use?

I don't think a whole lot of people are using Google base. Mostly just spammers.

Job search through Google Base hasn't revolutionized anything. Most people don't even know about it.
