Huge Sale Tracking Problem. Please Help
We have a problem tracking sales. 100% of our sales come from PPC and SEO (mostly PPC)
The problem is ... only about 20% of sales come from 1st visit and completed online (easy to track). Others are phone sales and/or sales from 3rd, 4th, 5th visits to the site.
Do you have any ideas on how we can track sales better? So far we are able to track about 30% of sales using log files and IP and state information.
