Well sorta I complained thru the trouble ticket thing on the payment processor and there was a not saying "I apologize for the delay your campaign will start today. We I check the stats on my site about 5pm today and no traffic yet so we'll see but im not gettiin my hopes yet

Hi Jason955 ... sorry to read you bought from Mears, at Quality Traffic Supply. He's a reseller, so unlikely to see any referrals from Quality. Look for referrals from sources using an e, as the first letter of the name, such as estats, etraffic or e[something], I can't remember exactly. If you find a lot of referrals, so identified, you got his source.

Most resellers don't hide main source of supply, such as Adverex. I know of two, who hide their sources, wisely, but that's of 50. You should be able to find Mears' source and get a surprise, most likely.

Three years, when I made my one and only purchase from Mears, I was able to identify his supplier, log in to its system and watch the page flow; just deliveries grounded in a simplistic algorithm. Maybe more sophisticated (sic), today, but doubt it.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone been affected by QTS lately? (If so, please PM leaving your info) - I was contacted by several members and asked to join this forum. We're actually cooking something up to see how the website operates and if it stands behind its claims of delivering or if it's a dupe operation looking to make a quick buck. All i can say is, they'd better have a very VERY high insurance policy for what could possibly follow..

Hi SamiSam ... not to defend Mears, of QTS, but I suspect any investigation, at best, will confirm the theme of this thread: he's irresponsible, mostly incompetent, perhaps lazy and seemingly easily distracted, but not a thief, at heart. These character flaws are common among web business operators and certainly not illegal. Consider more productive ways to use your valuable time and other resources. My 2.5 cents. Good luck.

If you are getting no response it might be a scam and I would seriosuly look into getting your money back. How did you pay?
