You only placed your order 2 days ago... Our website says to allow 48-72 hours for campaigns to be set up. The payment confirmation and campaign details had been sent to your email at admin@findebayrealestateauctions.com

I'll have the information resent, and your campaign will begin shortly.

I was scammed

I have been scammed. Do not use this company. If you do you'll get scammed. If you've googled quality traffic supply and click here and hopes in knowing if this is a worthy investment then here is your answer, its a scam, you will not get what you want. Do not risk your money, there are hundreds of other companies that will give this kind of service. Why choose this company over ones that do not have this negative publicity. Read the other posts, there are so many people that have been hurt by this company, we're trying to warn you. Do not choose quality traffic supply.

My story is simple, I ordered a 7 day rush of 25,000 traffic. My account was not even activated in 7 days let alone anything else. I emailed them 5 times and received no response until I received an email that my account will be activated on the 8th day.

I was fed up, I knew if they did this I wouldn't get my 25,000 traffic in 7 days, I requested a refund. In a total of three weeks I emailed them to their different emails 24 times and left 8 voice messages. I have commented on the site's administrator's blog several times requesting my refund.

I posed as an employee seeking work for the company and actually received a response. After admitting that I was a customer that wanted a refund, they did not respond to my email.

They obviously saw all my emails but are not contacting me. Furthermore, this is one man run operation by an individual named Brian Mears, which this forum has already pointed out.

I don't want to bad mouth this company, I don't want to do this, but they are not giving me my money back.

All I want is my money back

If I don't get it I will never stop spreading the word until I plunge this company.

And Mr. Mears if you're reading this, I will retract all my statements and delete this post and all my other posts on SEO forums, and all the topics I've started on the SEO forums depicting this company as a scam, if you

simply

give me back the money that I deserve

Regards
-Slav

Slav Illyin,

I did reply to your email, and as stated in the response a refund WAS sent to you. From the email:

"If you are Slav, I received your email today and your refund is on the way."

Which was sent on 8/25/07. I don't know how long it takes for the refund to appear on your statement, but it was sent. Also, your campaign was started and left running even after the refund was given.

I will be contacting 2co to make sure that the credit was issued to you, and if necessary, I'll mail you a check.

most of these website are scam, the traffic they send is send by a program(can't remember the name of the program) that makes it look like it was send from different ips.
Thats why they never convert.

I've checked all of my financial record, the refund was not sent.

I've called 2Co.com and spoke to a general manager, you have not contacted them nor do they have a record of you contacting them for a refund. Nor is there anything of such nature associated with your client account.

That means you lied to me once more.

The person I have talked to, John Adams I believe his name was, will be contacting you personally as soon as possible, as he gave me his word. Furthermore if you do not contact me within an "appropriate time", they told me to contact them again where I can escalate this matter.

Mr. Mears, what more must I say?

Slav Illyin,

I did request a refund for your order on 8/25. I checked the notes on the order info and it looks like for some reason it never went through. I have reissued it so it should be refunded now. Please contact me and and verify that you have received the refund.

Thank you for the warning. those quotes from their previous customers really say something about their service - or lack of service!!! Its obvious its a scam if they REPLY to an email from somebody asking for a job, then REFUSE to reply to emails after you reveal your actually a customer!!

Thanks again for the heads up. i certainly wont be using them!

I never refused to reply to any emails. I replied to both his emails and his posts here publicly.

Angry WoW! Sure wish I'd read this before

I placed my order a week ago. I've received no email. I've called and emailed several times and received no response. I'm just stunned after reading these posts. I'm in business for myself and know for sure I would be out of business in the real world if I treated customers like this A shame. I'll be pursuing my refund.

Please PM me your order number. I will resolve the issue by getting the campaign started or sending you a refund. Let me know.

Scam

Brian / Blue Circle,

What the hell is going on with our order / why haven't you been shut down?

I see you'll reply to peoples posts here, but not to me directly - EVEN AFTER SPENDING $90 WITH YOU. we still have had NO email, NO log-ins, NO campaign. You won't even return my damn phonecalls - backbone?

Why are you putting things like 'Attention: Please read the following to avoid scams!' on your site - when yours looks more and more like a scam EVERYDAY!

I refuse to do business with someone that doesn't even have the common courtesy to reply to their customer whatsoever.

OUR ORDER WAS PLACED ON 13TH OCT WITH NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM YOU WHATSOEVER, AND YOUR LAST POST HERE WAS ON THE 17TH...

Don't come back to me with a load of boll0cks saying how you never got my order, PM me and you'll 'get it started' - instead just issue us the refund and we'll be done here - in case you don't check your emails we've also opened a dispute with Paypal - you may want to check that one...

And not that anyone else in this forum needs much direction after reading these posts, but if you do - AVOID 'QUALITY' TRAFFIC SUPPLY. NO MATTER WHAT.

Awaiting our refund without further delay.

I was just reading over your message now and I saw your reference to this thread. A refund has been sent to you.

I am not trying to scam you or anyone else, it is simply the volume of orders currently being received is causing a long delay in campaign setup and response. I've been putting a lot of time into developing a new system to handle a large amount of orders without delay, so hopefully this problem will come to an end quickly.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

I signed up specifically for this thread.

It's obvious this guy is either a scammer or he has piss-poor customer relations.

His e-mail box is full?

He doesn't have a phone number?

He is behind???

Those three things alone told me plenty.

That's all you need to hear to know better about any site.

Just learn from your mistakes, and move on.

Angry

I signed up just to post this.

I wish that I had found this thread sooner.

I purchased 5,000 targeted visitors from QTS on the 25th of September and paid using PayPal. Two weeks later.. nothing. I sent the company an email. Another two weeks pass.. nothing. I send them another two emails - one to QTS and one to Quality Advertising Services. No response. I then leave them messages on their website/s and once again, and by this time I'm not surprised, NOTHING. I'm not even going to try and get my $30USD back by talking to this "Brian" guy. I'm taking it directly to PayPal.

I'm not happy.

I will not conduct business via a forum that is unrelated to your "company".
For you to even suggest doing so is unprofessional, unethical and unreliable - amongst other things.

I have already submitted a claim with PayPal, a company who delivers what they say they will.

Buying traffic is very very bad, you could be banned by search engines, because they can know it's fake, will not bring any sales, and you are wasting your money.

I did try this kind of service 3 years ago, when I just started and quickly gave up.

This is one of numerous novice mistake.
