Hi Brian,

I understand that providing traffic can sometimes take a while, but if you keep me informed and try to communicate then I'm all cool with that. Sorry I didn't get back earlier - I am just getting back into the habit of checking back into v7n...

Thanks for the kind words about TrafficBunnies. We do run a great exchange, which I plan to build to be one of the most effective traffic exchange online.

As David said earlier, TE's can be a really effective form of advertising. It is fantastic for branding and list building - and I have personally known quite a few people who are earning a full-time wage doing this.

We have between 500-800 people login and surf each and every day, so yeah, we must be doing something right! Traffic is my business - and if people weren't getting results, my business would be pretty sucky... I work really hard to find different ways to encourage people to treat the sites that they see - as if they were viewing their own.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask me - but please don't assume that all traffic exchanges are alike without actually testing them.

still haven't heard from QTS

It seems that indeed Blue Circle only responds to posts on this forum but I am still to hear from him with login details.

Brian I would really like you to give me a refund this is just too much of a pain in the arse to try to communicate with you, and telling me you can't use an email that has been working fine for months, making up testimonials and simply ignoring client request is just too frustrating and annoying.

Please issue a refund and I will forget about all this otherwise I will continue to vent my frustrations in this forum and make sure that people know about your lack of customer service and dishonesty.

Hey Brian,

are you scamming me?

The transaction information for my supposed refund are exactly the same as my purchase details, including the transaction ID, only you deleted the Transaction date and I have certainly not seen anything in my account.

What are you trying to achieve by this?

The transaction information for my supposed refund are exactly the same as my purchase details only that you took out the Transaction date and I have certainly not seen anything in my account.

What are you trying to achieve by this?

Please do not jump to conclusions so quickly. It's been less than 24 hours since the refund was processed by our payment processor. Refunds take time to be credited by the banks just like it takes time to charge an account. It may take a few days for the refunded amount to appear on your account. As for transaction details being the same, what else did you expect it to say?

OMG is all I can say!

Well I guess this will teach me to trust sites I don't check out first! I ordered 5,000 hits from QTS and nothing and not even my sign in information yet. After reading all this I am just sick in my stomach. It is a shame that people can't have good customer service. I should have did my homework on the company first and that is my fault. BlueCircle you haven't responded to my emails or anything. Think you can explain why I sat there waiting for a available operator on your live chat for over 2 hrs??? I mean geez can it be that busy you can chat to more than one person at a time. IF it is that busy then it is no wonder you keep your site up whether it is working up to par or not. You are raking in the money from people like me and the others on this site in hopes you make a profit from those that don't request a refund. I understand busy, but can't you get some help there so we dont have to go through this? Please contact me ASAP

I have went through the same thing and I taken an assertive approach in dealing with this guy. I have repeatedly asked for a refund as have many others as you can see. I hope to receive one ASAp. Haven't heard from the guy. The customer service icon doesn't work. Don't waste your time .It is there strictly for looks. Have you ever heard of a on-line chat that only works sometimes? If you pay for a service like that it should function. I would request a refund and document, document, document. Get the word out there about this guy.
Many have posted complaints about this same problem in the past several years and there is even a website dedicated in trying to shut him down.


That's alot of effort for a good hearted, ethical, law abidding citizen. What ever!

Bluecircle if you read this .... I like alot of people would like a refund. I might get what i am seeking, but I am a pain in the ---- and I have nothing better to do than file complaints, reply to blogs and get the word out there about this scam.

OMG!I wish I would have read this thread earlier.I bought the 20000+5000 type of traffic(7 days rush) from QTS two days ago.It cost me $112.5.
I don't know when will I receive the login information ,when will my campain be started.Maybe in a week,a month......Also,I can't image the quality of the traffic.After read all the posts in this thread,I have no choice but to request a refund.
BlueCircle,do you see my post?I know only here can I contact you.Could you please don't start my campain and issue a refund for me,please... All I want is get my money back.You can even refund me $100 .My name is Kaikai Qian.
