I ordered a few days ago and this guy doesn't respond to emails.
He was on live support right away when I needed help placing the order, but seems to be ignoring me now.
Also, after I placed the order, my credit card company called me to verify that I made the purchase and that this wasn't fraud. It raises an eyebrow for sure.

Same thing
We ordered 10,000 visits from Quality Traffic supply. We haven't received any receipt from the site or any sign of life. I absolutely do not want pop under ads for my business, they are not how our business wishes to be represented to prospective clients, and is a gross misrepresentation of the contextual ads service we thought we were purchasing. We have tried to contact the site several times through chat and email, with no response. We contacted our legal representation who sent out an email this am, still no response.
We do not want this service, and demand a refund.
Respectively,

Pop Under Misunderstanding
Hi,
I had ordered 5000 visitors last Friday and had not got any login details.
Live Chat does not seem to work and direct emails had no response.
On Monday I used the GSPAY ticket system to contact the seller and got a response quite quickly.
I was given an apology and was told that my campaign would start 'today'.
Nothing happened.
Today I stumbles across this forum and started to read posts about traffic being pop unders. As this was not what I purchased I contacted the seller via GSPAY to demand a refund as I do not want pop under traffic.
I got an almost instant response saying that they use the popunder site to get traffic but its contextual based.
I have visited the site and found that this is true.
Websites will have inline text links to your site, when a visitor clicks on the link your site will load up behind the site that has your link.
I personally would not consider this as a pop under as a visitor has to click on a link for your website to load.
I then replied via GSPAY with an apology but did mention that my campaign has not started even though I was told that it would yesterday.
I hope this helps to clarify the pop under misunderstandings but I am still waiting for my campaign to start.

Write back after you receive your traffic, AND LET US KNOW.
TRACK the traffic to see if its contextual based, or just crappy pop under traffic.
IT WANT TAKE LONG TO DETERMINE.
Wish you the best of luck, walkersrbest

I'm still waiting for my campaign to be set up.
How can I determine that the traffic is actually pop under traffic?
My order of 5000 is a trial run, if the traffic is good then I will carry on using them if it is not then I will stop.
I will only be waiting until the end of today for my campaign to be set up, if it is not then I will be asking for a refund.
I will post back when my campaign has started (if it gets started).

Bluecircle, your forum status currently reads Online so if you are reading this thread could you either set up my campaign as promised or issue me with a refund?
I can not send you a PM as I do not have 10 posts.

kidiauk,
Your campaign has been started and your support ticket has been responded to.
To clarify the popunder/text link issue:
The ads are placed as inline text links. When the ads are clicked on your site pops up in a new window. We do not use pop unders to advertise.

TRAFFIC UPDATE.
After 2 days I've only received 1 visitor.
At this rate there is no way I will get my purchased amount of 5,000 which was the lowest amount possible to purchase.
At the current rate I'm looking at 15 visitors for the month.
It looks like I'm heading towards the refund tetitory unless something improves.

TRAFFIC UPDATE:
I THINK THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM.
Since my campaign was set up until earlier today the stats section of this service showed that I had 1 hit.
This hit has appeared on my Google Analytics account for 7th Feb from:
popunderadvertise.com (referral)
Today the stats section of this service shows that I have 201 hits (It's showing that 200 hits were delivered today).
Having checked my Google Analytics my visitors are in line with the past and I've had no traffic from any referral.
The following quote is from the QTS website:
Quote:
|
Refunds are given without a hassle. (I have asked other traffic websites to refund me, and it's usually not easy.)
|
BLUECIRCLE, I WOULD LIKE MY NO HASSLE REFUND AS I AM NOT RECEIVING WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR.

TRAFFIC UPDATE:
Having just checked my Google Analytics, I have 5 popunderadvertise.com (referral) visitors.
This is still miles away from the 200 reported in the service stats of QTS.
I think I will postpone my request for a refund and see what happens.

WOW!!! I have just gotten done reading over 5 pages of comments about this QTS service. I must say that I have a question for everyone who has bought "visitors" from this "business." Did you happen to buy things from this person before becoming a member of v7n?
As for the moderators of v7n...I would like to know your thoughts of this "member" I know that when individuals first sign up to this forum they go through a process of touring around (and I would have to say that I fully enjoy the intellectual members that I have dealt with) and then they sign up. I am sure it is like every other forum process where you automatically get approved, however this is what I am curious about. Aren't there strict rules in place for situations like this?? Just a question, I am not by any means trying to ruffle feathers...Keep up the great site though...
As for QTS, haven't you heard that it only takes one single bad review before your business starts to go under. From what I have seen you have no idea about customer support. I think that if what some of these members are saying about the "pyramid schemes" on the side is actually true that maybe you should try to get a job with AmWay. Once that is done please contact me because I have about 200 acres of land down in the southern part of Florida.... )
