adwords + multiple domains question

Does anyone know how google adwords treats domain pointers in terms of showing only one listing for a particular domain in SE results?

What I mean is:

lets say I'm promoting xxxy.com and so is another person. Now, if I get a second domain xxy.com and point it to xxxy.com so xxy.com/anything.html will go to xxxy.com/anything.html will this be against google TOS?

thanks

Not sure about adsense but google does not like you pointing to other sites-

When I first did my sit I got a free download on how to build a business website in 10 days, the woman that made it had a name similar to lilyana or something. In there it recommended having loads of domain names pointing to one domain and that you should register each domain name with the search engines!

This is now frowned upon and can get you penalised, so if I were you I would not do it.

I have several names pointing to my site but I never submit the other names to the search engines.

as far as submissions go - yahoo! directory listing will not list your second domain if it's simply a domain pointer. This happened at my work when we were rebranding our website and had the same content on both sites for some time.
