Press Release Help
Hey folks
I am thinking about doing some intense marketing for one of my sites and was thinking about getting some press releases done. Does anyone have any tips on going about doing this?

Are there people you can hire for x dollars to write a quick press release? Are there any decent PR places you can submit to for free or good ones that are fairly cheap?

You can post for free or pay for a PR

It depends on your site and your budget.

I paid $120 for a PR and it wasn't worth the money. I should have invested more in blog posts for example.

I use PressEqualizer. You can send press releases to over 30 companies at the click of a button. Success rate for submission is about 70%.

I don't use the software for selling anything - just for sending press releases for my clients' companies. It's good for getting link popularity. Price is $97. If you start a service for sending press releases you can recover the cost in one sale.
