You can try using Google Adwords for PPC. I would think that the online pharmacy business would be hard to get in to. Then again, I've never done it, so I don't really know.

I would imagine any pharmaceutical products aren't allowed in Adwords

I think the only problem you may encounter is that there is a lot of pharmacy affiliated spam out there, so you have to differentiate yourself from those spammers and provide quality!

Well, Shahab6 is selling prescription drugs on his website and is frowned upon by many ad programs. Besides the rates for keywords like 'Generic Vi@gra' etc are very high. No point in going for PPC programs. And companies like Pfizer are after all such websites forcing them to close the shop.

Most of the PPC allow them, except google and yahoo. But most of the PPC I have tryed don't convert at all, no idea. Usually 1 out of 20 I get sale. But on these PPC I get 250 visit and no sale.

Well, instead of going for PPC, I'd suggest using blogs and utilizing the power of social search optimization.
First you need to decide your niche - instead of selling hundreds of different medicines, decide on a select few for which the demand is fairly high but competition not that high. Overture keyword research and search engine results will aid you in arriving at that. Then you write a blog which is informative - make it popular and then try selling your stuff there. Right postings in techorati, digg, reddit, stumbleupon etc can get heavy traffic from day one. And since it is targetted traffic, it converts.

The best marketing tip is define what you means with "pharmacy".
For genuine pharmacies may have a few ones, but if you mean "******" and such, there is very little to do.
