How much would you pay for this email list?

Hi,

I am about to acquire an e-mail list built with Teespring account with 27K buyers emails, mostly 35+ females, US.
Current owner has been sending occasional promos, getting $50-$200 worth of profit per campaign. Haven't tested other products like beauty, home and garden, etc.
The list is divided into 7 segments according to what people bought i.e. cats lovers, dog lovers, tv show fans, etc.

The list hasn't been imported into email marketing platform like Mailchimp, Aweber, so there are no actual statistics like open rates, CTRs, etc.

I know the seller very well and he the proof of sales is there, just no actual statistics.
I would like to hear some opinions on how much this list may be worth...

Thank you

Nothing because those people signed up to be on that person's mailing list, not yours.

You will end up being tagged a spammer.

Well I'd receive the full account, so people wouldn't actually know if the owner has changed..

Forgetting the ethics for now, the list still doesn't seem worth much as you don't know how engaged the audience is meaning you have no idea what their open rate or CTR is. Additionally, how well does your product line align with theirs?
