you can hire forum poster to add more post on your forum..this will increase the information and easily to attract more person to your forum..people more interested with a forum that full with information and sharing a lot of free items.

Great ideas above and I think you should post on other forums to let them know your looking for more members. Especially work at home forums and other forums. I see folks promoting their forums everywhere. Good Luck
