International copyright laws?
I think this is the right forum and correct subject.
I was thinking about selling products based off an international cartoon. Would this be legal or illegal?
The products I would like to sell would be made from cafepress.com such as clocks, calenders, ect.
These products are not yet marketed.
Say the Simpsons wasnt an american cartoon and I wanted to sell clocks and other stuff of this cartoon. Would that be legal?
Would this be legal or illegal since its "Copyright" is international?
