How to set up Backlinks

I recently got my forums site up and running generated some topics with my friends but its nothing, i wanna try backlinks, I have a phpbb 2 forums, and i need some one to tell me how to exchange backlinks, how can i put the backlink from other site on phpbb, and how do i even contact the site owner for duing backlinks?

It is hard to place links on pHp forum, often i ignore webmasters when they are trying to exchange links fiving me link from forum.

Also, try to write articles about your forum. It is a good way to be noticed.

You can also use sniperhiga's list and also a few extras in our demo software. You should be able to get your site about cars accepted in several various niche directories.

I would start by placing your forum on your signature and your keyword as the anchor text.
