can i get PR from ebay?

i dont have an interner store nothing, i just have carforums, and i am wondering if i put like ebook for sale like for 1cent and put my site link in the listing will i do anything good for my page, like PR?

Honestly I have never known anyone to receive any page rank help from ebay listings. This is most likely attributed to the fact that their listings are temporary in terms of time on their site. This of course is not say that some one has not experienced something different. What would be best is to write some articles or submit short excerts with backlinks of your ebook to sites such as ezinearticles or similar article database sites to get your article picked up and distributed thus creating natural backlinks to your site and thus helping your PR.

PR not, but traffic yes. And that's good not only for your page, but for your business as well. So I think you should try that out. Who knows? If your product is good enough maybe the ebay listing will also generate revenue.
