Frankly speaking, Do not use software. And my suggestion avoid FFA's.
Do submission Manually. To make it fast, you can use firefox add-on InFormEnter.
If you don't have time, then hire someone. Even I can help you.
As you have books store, It is my high recommendation to you, that give 1-2 chapters free. And Write articles or compile few chapters of book into articles and then submit them.
If you write really good articles and have good books then I am sure you can get links from high PR relevant sites.
Also, I suggest Google froogle and ebay and yahoo store.
I think now I am suggesting too much to you.

try social bookmarking sites
I completely agree with Mr. Kumar.
One more thing you can try for fetching more and more traffic for your site i.e. write some interesting article or facts and then submit it to different social book-marking sites. If your write-up is interesting then I bet that so many people will come to know about your site in just few hours.

to submit your website to any search engine, you can use addme.com! It'll make you easier in submitting your website to the se. Then, try to find someone to do the submission for you to the directories. Usually, you need to spend around USD5-USD10 to get that service.

Directories with good Pagerank and traffic suffer a lot from spam. As directory owner, i can tell that about 70% submission is a spam.
That's why most good directories hight protected from submission tools and software.
Submission software provide only submission in cheap, poor, and spammy directories. It can help when you use it just a little but... but if you use only software for submissions... it will hurt in the future.

The best submission tool is YOU. If you can spend the time, no one else can do better then you to submit and ensure your website gets accepted and placed in the right category.

Try to stay away from submission software, just buy high end links in the beginning, and then submit to lower end directories, make it unique, take your time out, and make good descriptions, thats if you want a quality looking website
