Which of these tools would benifit you most?

The Webpage Analyser tool will pull your page down and analyze give points to each area

example:

possible points (just an quick examples points are not set in stone)

Anchor text 8/8
Title 6/6
Keywords 3/3
Description 3/3
Content 4/4
H1 5/5
ALT tages 1/1
