Marketing an Image Host?

God I can't believe I chose this area, but I am looking for a way to market http://www.cphosts.com/

It used to be the domain name for my old hosting company and I transferred it safely to my GoDaddy Account and decided PR4 shouldn't be wasted.

Does anyone have any ideas what I should do in order to promote the website and get some active users uploading albums?

You can allow people to share images for free. That is the only thing that may make visitors upload albums. However, you have to choose the unlimited bandwidth option for your site.

Like Hi5, you can also keep comments or testimonial option. In addition, keep a rating option with more innovative ideas that may make your site different than others.

Could be tough to differentiate yourself from all the other players in this space.

What's your angle? What will your site be offering that the others don't?

Answering that will make answering the marketing question easier.
