Online Payment

I was wondering if there was a business or company that does the following:

As you know, there are many countries that (not supported by major online payment systems) have a difficult time securing online transactions. Is there a company out there that will act as the "middle man". So to speak, a company that will take the payment from the client through online payment, and then re-direct the payment (for a fee) to the merchant via either mailed cash, mailed check, etc.

Anybody know?

You may wish to check with paypal & 2checkout as well, they are widely used and accepted.

Can you be more specific about the countries you're wanting to go from / to?

As others have said, PayPal is the most obvious answer - but I suspect that's covered in "major online payment systems"?

I think you guys are misunderstanding what I'm asking. I'm saying that because merchant accounts programs (like PayPal) do not support bank accounts in certain countries, is there a system that has people do the online transaction for you (with their US paypal account), and then transfer it to you by mail or direct bank transfer.

This would be useful, because people that live in these countries do not have much chance in the internet business with the inability to do transactions.

I'm guessing by your responses that there is no company of this type. Honestly, it's not that necessary, I was just curious
