Getting new clients

I am putting together some rough numbers on how most design firms are generating new business these days. My company is doing about 90/10 referrals to organic search.

Referrals/word of mouth -
Organic search-
PPC -
Traditional advertising -
Other -

Details would be much appreciated too. If I left anything out please feel free to add to the list.

I get 90% referrals. I recently added a money incentive to my refferrals and have given it "structure" in that sense.

Now it's "referral campaign" as opposed to just haphazard referrals. I give cashback, cash money as well as discounts.

I hardly do any other advertising for my design work.

But make it "formal" and give it incentives. It will become a referral "campiagn" as opposed to just getting referrals on a inconsistent basis.
