Paypal Down? Since When?

Just checked Paypal.com and found this -

Last time i logged in was yesterday.... Is this error from a long time or just now?
Man this happened when many are waiting for payments and i have to send them payments right away

I just logged into my account, everything seems fine. I can't imagine paypal going down for a long time without some disaster occuring. How many transactions do you think paypal has in a day? Now imagine if it went down for a day.
