How many social networking sites should you submit to and
How many social bookmarking sites should you submit to and what is the best social bookmarking button?

I didnt know if you should submit to every one of them.

I am familiar with buttonr.com which is the best?

Why do you want to submit in 100 sites?? Are the top 25 sites not enough for you to invest your time in that. I would say don't just go with quantity but you should in fact see the quality of the site where you are investing your valuable time.

woodcs82 I don't think there is a "best" in this kind of service
go with what you can easily integrate to your site.

Perhaps what addthis.com advertises, statistics on bookmarking habits of your visitors, might give them a slight advantage, but to tell you the truth I have not used any other service (could be standard with all of them)
