Lightbulb Online Casino advertising... recommendations!?

Looking to get some feedback on what converts as far as banner advertising on an online casino website? Thinking of making some additions and would love to hear some ideas!

adult industry (porn) and online casino targets the same clients, i read some documentations about that and usually they "share" the same kind of people, also you might want to try sport betting sites (already mentioned)

That can't be further from the truth. They are two distinct demographical groups. Here's why:

Greater than 50% of the client base for casinos are women between 25-40 years old. (rough estimate). That explains why the majority of the casino sites do NOT have adult content. Casinos need to appeal to both sexes (mostly women).

Now, the adults sites are obviously geared towards men.
Granted, there have been a minority of black hat spammers that have sent both casino and porn spam, but don't assume they are targeted to the same client base.

From what I've seen the most successful casino portal sites are white hat, and are in it for the long term. Go to http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/ for a SEO casino forum.

I must disagree to that ... 1st it makes no sense that woman between 25-40 are 50% of casino clients ... that leaves 50% to all the man + the rest of the women ...

here is some stats, the % of women is between 20 - 25% which is not 50, yes the % has increased but did not reach 50%.

thats 1

thats 2

you can google it, theres more.

Your source says.. "The average gambler, it turns out, is none other than the middle aged woman."

ok, so I've missed women's age groups. My point is (and thank you for finding the link for me) women are the main clients.. not men.

So.. do you think that adult websites (porn) are in the same demographic group as casinos now?

Here's some great places to go to get excellent qualified information on SEO for gambling forums:
(1) First: http://gpwa.net/forum/ Highly recommended by me. They are only a hand full of rock hard regulars, that are dedicated to casino portals. Nice forum with quality posters (and characters).. kind of like V7N.com

(2) Second: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/ Again, The Professor is the number one guy in the casino webmaster who developed a community that help portal masters make money. Great community too.

Those are my recommendation. Tell them WagerX sent you. (I've always wanted to say that,,) lol
